By slitting the bands, which are usually 1/3 cut and 2/3 broken, a burr always occurs naturally on both sides of the slitted strips. We recommend our customers to remove this later in a second step if grounding straps need to be burr-free or, if, for example, the punching times of the tools can be extended as a result.

Edge processing / re-rolling
On our rounding and rolling lines, we can process the edges of the slitted strips as required or re-roll them for better flatness and less saber. It is also possible to deburr the strips in combination and to re-roll them flat.
